FAQ’s
How long is a booking?
Your guests get a 2-hour event window by default. We also block 30 minutes before and after for theater opening, setup, and cleanup. You can add more guest time during booking for $100 per extra hour.
Can we bring our own food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted so we can protect our partnerships and concession program. Cake and pre-approved fundraiser exceptions are okay, and pizza/concessions can be arranged directly through the theater.
How does cancellation work?
You can cancel for free up to 7 days before your event. Inside that 7-day window, contact the theater directly so we can help.
What if my event is less than 48 hours away?
Please contact us directly. We may still be able to help, but it depends on staffing and schedule availability.
Can I host a live event or a public event?
Yes. The general theater rental is designed for live shows, community presentations, awards, fundraisers, and public events. Use the booking notes to tell us what you are planning.
How does payment work?
Personal bookings pay online. Business bookings can request invoicing during checkout. Either way, we will confirm the details after booking.
